Snigdha Jana

Snigdha Jana is a passionate leader currently serving as the Director of Cloud AI Systems Engineering at Microsoft, where they focus on technical and project management. With extensive experience in silicon design, they previously held roles such as Mission Control Lead at Intel Corporation and EPM at Apple. Snigdha's career began as an Application Developer at Mahindra British Telecom. They have a strong background in stakeholder management, driving decisions across engineering groups, and mentoring others to reach their full potential in the workplace. Snigdha holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and is pursuing an M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
