Sopheak Neak

Sopheak Neak is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, currently scaling GPU infrastructure and operations for AI data centers. Sopheak previously led business applications for the device partnerships ecosystem at Microsoft and held positions at Google, where they focused on product strategy and commercialization for the AdMob monetization platform. As the founder of ssam·o·torr, Sopheak supports Cambodian+ creators in fostering economic and social equity in their communities. Sopheak's early career included roles at Physio-Control and internships in product marketing and business analysis, where they enhanced operations efficiency and customer engagement. Sopheak also pursues a Bachelor of Science in Informatics, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Washington.
