Stacy Shimmin, CCXP, is a Customer Experience (CX) leader and the current Director of Business Programs at Microsoft. With a robust background in advocating for customer needs and driving data-driven decision-making, Stacy has successfully partnered with various teams to enhance business strategies and product design. Prior to this role, they co-founded Lista Group, Inc., a consulting firm that grew to over $1.5 million in revenue. Stacy's extensive experience includes past positions at Microsoft, where they designed global programs to measure customer experience and drove sales excellence initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
