Stefani Quarles is a seasoned Customer Success and Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience in various roles, including Chief of Staff and Director of Business Management at Microsoft, where they focused on driving organizational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. They founded nitara marketing & design, providing pro bono creative advisory services and supporting AI-enabled digital marketing initiatives. Quarles holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BA from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, demonstrating a strong commitment to both education and professional development. They actively engage in empowering diversity through leadership roles such as Vice Chair of Blacks @ Microsoft (BAM) in the Great Lakes region.
