Stephanie Cruz

Stephanie Cruz is a Senior UX Design Researcher and applied anthropologist with extensive experience in health, education, and technology research. They have worked at the University of Washington as a Senior Research Fellow and have contributed to various mixed methods studies focusing on user experiences and trust in diverse fields. Currently, Stephanie is a Senior Researcher at Microsoft, where they enhance the Viva suite and conduct foundational research on enterprise organizations. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropological Sciences from Stanford University and are pursuing a PhD in Medical Anthropology at the University of Washington.
