Stephen Chambers

Stephen Chambers is a retired global security and law enforcement leader with extensive experience in investigative roles. They served as Director of Security EMEA at Microsoft since 2019 and previously held multiple senior investigative positions at the company from 2010 to 2011. They led international policing efforts as the Head of International Policing at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2004 to 2010 and were a Detective Chief Inspector with the Royal Hong Kong Police from 1981 to 1997. Additionally, they were the Investigation Team Leader at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia from 1997 to 2003, where they led investigations into war crimes and crimes against humanity.
