Summer Carruthers is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse background in technology and customer service. They began their self-guided study of Microsoft products in 2012, leading to significant hands-on experience in server and network management. Summer has held various positions, including Support Line Manager at 501 Commons, where they managed IT support teams and developed departmental infrastructure, and has worked as an Azure Rapid Response Engineer at Microsoft.
