Susan Xiao

Susan Xiao is currently a Senior Business Planner focusing on product monetization and go-to-market strategies at Microsoft Cloud Security, where they lead initiatives that transform complex challenges into actionable plans. Previously, Susan held various leadership roles at MetLife, including Director of Strategy for Global Technology and Director of Finance for the US Group Business. They have also gained experience as an investment banking associate at First Shanghai Securities, an assistant manager at KPMG China, and an intern in data science at MetLife. Susan earned their MBA from Duke University and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
