Suyash Lad

Suyash Lad is an experienced leader at Microsoft, serving since October 2016 in various senior roles, including Partner/GM for Commercial Systems Technology and Sr. Director for Modern Experiences, Platforms & Data Analytics. Suyash focuses on driving digital transformation, enhancing customer experiences, and leveraging data analytics across Microsoft Consulting Services and Customer Experience & Success divisions. Prior to Microsoft, Suyash held senior positions at Infosys, contributing to strategic account management and corporate planning, and began a career at Tata Strategic Management Group and Tata Mutual Fund. Suyash holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
