Svatava Sprague

Svatava Sprague is a Compliance Counsel at Microsoft, where they act as a Subject Matter Expert on compliance matters in Europe and contribute to the company’s compliance program through legal advisory and investigative work. With extensive experience in compliance and risk management from their previous roles at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, BP, and Carlsberg A/S, Svatava has advised major global companies on business ethics and internal compliance strategies. They hold a law degree from Charles University, as well as postgraduate qualifications in International Private Law and Arbitration from Université Panthéon-Assas II.
