Talita da Silva is a Senior Risk Manager at Microsoft, bringing extensive experience from the airlines and aviation industry. Previously, they held positions at the International Air Transport Association, including Manager of Regional Training Centers for The Americas, and worked as Operations and Finance Assistant at Cargo Network Services. Talita began their career at TAM Airlines as a Customer Services Agent, where they trained new employees and managed daily operations. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Florida International University and are currently pursuing additional training in Managing People Performance and Human Resources Management.
