Tania Arya is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, having previously worked as a Software Engineer and Software Development Engineer Intern at the same company. Tania gained experience as a Data Science Intern at Spirent Communications and a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon Web Services. They also contributed as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, where they pursued a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Business Analytics, graduating in 2022. Currently, Tania is part of the QUEST honors program and the ACES honors college, demonstrating a strong interest in machine learning and data science.
