Tapan Shah is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft since May 2016, specializing in business operations and the development of automated AI-powered services that enhance the marketing claims process for partners, as well as scalable BI reporting solutions that benefit OEM partners and internal users. Prior to Microsoft, Tapan held positions as a Technical Program Manager at Divensi Inc, where operational efficiency in Commerce and Devices was improved through BI and Data Insights, and at Pactera, focusing on Master Data management for enhanced reporting and analytics. Tapan’s career began as a Software Analyst at Asta CRS, Inc., providing solutions for forecasting and budgeting tools. Tapan holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wayne State University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
