Tara O'Shea is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in sales executive and leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Dell and Microsoft. Currently serving as the EMEA Regional Lead for Employee Engagement and Disaster Response at Microsoft, Tara is responsible for driving the company's Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in Ireland. Previously, Tara held various positions, including Sales Executive and Coaching Team Manager, where they developed a coaching culture that significantly improved revenue and team performance. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.
