Tatiana Weaver

Tatiana Weaver is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they focus on advanced software development and diagnostics. They began their career with a Medical Laboratory Science Externship at UW Laboratory Medicine, followed by roles at UW Medicine where they developed antimicrobials and performed molecular biology research. Tatiana transitioned to software engineering, participating in the LEAP Program at Microsoft and later working as a Software Developer at buildpulse. They hold multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science and Molecular, Cell and Development Biology from the University of Washington, both with summa cum laude honors.
