Taya Spelhaug

Taya Spelhaug is currently the Director of the Fargo Site and TechSpark Engagement at Microsoft, where they work closely with local partners to drive economic growth and enhance digital skills in North Dakota. Previously, Taya has held multiple roles, including Director of Student Success and Career Services at North Dakota State College of Science and Resource Development Manager at United Way of Cass-Clay. They also gained experience as a Training Account Executive for trainND, focusing on customized training solutions for businesses. Taya interned at Concordia College and coordinated field education at Walden University early in their career. They are pursuing further education at North Dakota State University.
