Terry Lynch is a Mission Critical CSA at Microsoft, bringing over 20 years of IT experience and certifications to enhance customer solutions with AI and cloud technologies. They have previously served as an Office 365 Specialist at Ausgrid, a Senior Engineer at Allstar Solutions, and have held various technical roles since beginning their career in IT. As a co-chair of GLEAM at Microsoft, Terry has contributed to fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ employees. Their expertise encompasses a wide range of Microsoft services, including Copilot, Teams, and Azure, focused on optimizing productivity and security for customers.
