Theron Webber

Theron (TJ) Webber is a Critical Environment Field Service Engineer with over a decade of experience in facility management, specializing in critical environments and MEP systems. Previously, they served in the US Navy in various capacities, including Nuclear Plant Supervisor/Technician and Training Advisor, where they managed and trained fellow sailors in nuclear engineering. Theron has also held roles at STACK Infrastructure, advancing from Critical Operations Technician to Assistant Critical Operations Manager. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Arizona State University and are a member of both IEEE and IFMA Silicon Valley.
