Tim Coombs, PhD, is currently the Director of Brand Strategy for Xbox at Microsoft, where they lead a diverse team in planning and executing long-term brand strategies across global markets. Prior to this role, Tim served as Xbox Editorial Lead and Sr. Manager of Brand Strategy, developing integrated marketing plans and global messaging for Xbox products. Tim also has academic experience as an instructor at the University of Washington, teaching various subjects, including German and Expository Writing, and has held positions in marketing at companies like Amazon Web Services and Magic Leap. Tim continues to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Hofstra University while holding a PhD in German Literature and Philosophy from the University of Washington.
