Todd Massengill

Todd Massengill is the Director of Cloud Accelerator Hardware at Microsoft, where they have focused on Project Brainwave since 2015. They have significant experience in pre-silicon validation of RTL, ensuring reliable cloud solutions at scale. Prior to Microsoft, Todd worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation, leading international FPGA design teams and developing various hardware solutions. Todd holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Wesleyan University.
