Todd Sterrett

Todd Sterrett is an IT security, service, technology, and management expert with a background in various technical roles across multiple companies. They served as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft since 2016, focusing on helping customers achieve their goals while leading development teams. Previously, Todd worked at Dimension Data as a Process Manager, where they created ITIL-based processes, and at the City of Charlotte as an Information Technology Supervisor for 14 years, responsible for significant technology initiatives. They began their career as a Network Engineer at Glenayre Technologies Inc and later managed teams as a Manager/Consultant at Sogeti. Todd holds a BS in Mathematics and Physics-Astronomy from Vanderbilt University and is a self-published author and museum enthusiast.
