Tolga Ozguner

Tolga Ozguner is currently a Senior Director of Silicon Development at Microsoft, where they lead efforts in chip and IP design, particularly for the Hololens Holographic Processing Unit. Previously, they served as a Principal Silicon Design Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to various custom ASICs for Hololens, and as a Senior Chip Design Engineer at IBM, focusing on cost reduction and memory interface design for multiple high-profile projects, including the Xbox 360 and the IBM Roadrunner system. Tolga earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a MS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
