With experience spanning multiple roles at Microsoft, including Senior Support Engineer and Senior Digital Technical Specialist, they have supported various technologies like Excel Services and Office Online, mentored engineers, and authored nearly 100 customer-facing blogs. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of North Dakota (1998 - 2003) and has also worked at companies like Southwestern Advantage and Volt Technical Resources early in their career. Outside of work, Tom enjoys exercising, competing in half marathons and triathlons, and is a dedicated parent to two children.
