Tong Lu

Tong Lu is currently a Principal Account Delivery Executive at Microsoft, a position held since 2018. They previously worked as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Microsoft from 2011 to 2018 and as a Product Manager for OSS/BSS at Alcatel-Lucent from 2004 to 2011, where they managed service assurance and billing product lines. Earlier in their career, Tong served as a Software Developer at Bell Labs (China) from 2000 to 2004 and at the Sixth Institute of MII from 1998 to 2000. Tong holds a Master's degree in Thermal Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Financial Management, both from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
