Tracy Chen

Tracy Chen, CFA, serves as the Director of Compliance for the Worldwide Public Sector at Microsoft since August 2003, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of compliance and implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Previous roles at Microsoft include Senior Controls & Compliance Manager, where Tracy led the Trust-by-Design initiative, and various positions focused on sales excellence and financial management within the Public Sector Group. Prior experiences include financial analyst roles at Washington Mutual and Apple Computer, enhancing treasury operations and risk analysis. Tracy holds an MBA in Finance, Information Systems, and Global Business from the UW Foster School of Business, as well as a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from Washington State University and Southeast University, respectively.
