Travis Lowdermilk

Travis Lowdermilk is a Principal UX Researcher at Microsoft and an author at O'Reilly Media. They hold a B.S. in Information Systems from California State University, Fresno, and an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University. With experience as a Senior UX Designer at Microsoft and in various technical roles, Travis has a diverse background that blends systems thinking, user research, and design. They are especially passionate about helping product teams connect with their customers and have co-authored several influential books, including *The Customer-Driven Culture*. In their spare time, Travis enjoys photography, reading, and exploring new technologies.
