Trista Brown

Trista Brown currently serves as the Director of Zero Waste at Microsoft, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Global Sustainability Senior Program Manager at Microsoft and as a Project Director at WSP USA. From 2011 to 2017, Trista was a Sustainability Manager at YR&G, where they implemented sustainability strategies for major commercial real estate clients. They began their career as a Sustainability Analyst at the University of California Office of the President, supporting California Higher-Ed campuses in achieving sustainability targets. Trista holds a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, earned in 2005.
