Varnit Jain possesses a diverse professional background with experience spanning technical, consulting, and program management roles. As Technical Head at Team Knox, IIT Roorkee, Varnit contributed to the design and fabrication of an All-Terrain Vehicle for the SAE BAJA event. Following this, significant consulting work took place as a Senior Consultant at EXL, focusing on asset recovery for a major U.S. insurance firm. Varnit briefly served as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company and is currently a Program Manager II at Microsoft. Additional experience includes an internship in social media analytics at Affine Analytics. Varnit holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
