Vivek Mittagunta

Vivek Mittagunta is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Microsoft since August 2018, Vivek oversees engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, Vivek held the position of Director of Engineering - Test at Cygilant, where responsibilities included establishing QA procedures and developing a Test Automation Framework. Vivek's earlier experience at EiQ Networks included roles such as Manager Engineering, Asst. Manager - Engineering, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer, contributing significantly to the development of cloud applications and Java-based systems. Vivek holds an M.S. in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Vardaman College of Engineering.
