Wangyao Ge

Wangyao Ge, PhD, is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft IDEAS, specializing in AI and end-to-end machine learning products. Previously, they worked at Amazon as a Machine Learning Engineer II and contributed to the development of several successful Alexa applications. Wangyao also gained experience as a Machine Learning Engineer at ByteDance and interned at E Commerce China Dangdang Inc, where they implemented a complete shopping cart system. They hold a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, where they authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles.
