Wendy Phippen

Wendy Phippen is a highly accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in environmental sustainability and compliance. They have developed and executed strategies at Microsoft, currently serving as Principal Global DC PM, focusing on sustainability within data center operations. Previously, Wendy held roles at Philips Healthcare and served as the Director of Sustainability, emphasizing corporate environmental policy and regulatory compliance. They also managed environmental programs at the University of Washington and operated a consulting business, Phippen and Associates. Wendy holds an MBA in Sustainability & Environmental Compliance and a BS in Chemistry.
