Weng Pui Lam has extensive experience in human resources, having worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Chief of Staff for Asia Geo-MCAPS HR and HR Lead for Singapore and ASEAN One Enterprise, a position held since 2023. Weng has also served as a University Recruiting Lead and Human Resources Consultant in Australia, along with experience as a Solution Specialist Intern. They hold a Master of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and have completed executive education at INSEAD. Weng is currently pursuing GCE O' Levels at Saint Patrick's School.
