Wesley Drone

Wesley Drone is a threat research and intelligence leader with extensive experience in information security, having held key roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Proofpoint, and Express Scripts. With a background in software development, Wesley transitioned to cybersecurity, serving as a Special Agent in the Cyber Division of the FBI before advancing to director-level positions. Currently, they are a Principal R&D Technologist for Security, AI, and Graph Systems at Microsoft. Additionally, Wesley has contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor in computer forensics at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
