Will Snyder

Will Snyder is a Principal Corporate Counsel at Microsoft, specializing in infrastructure legal affairs related to construction and procurement. Previously, Will held various legal positions, including Associate General Counsel at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and Legal Counsel at Gensler. Will's earlier experience includes serving as an associate at White & Case and Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, as well as clerking for judges in both the United States District Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. Currently, Will teaches transactional drafting as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, while pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a master’s degree from University College London.
