Senior Customer Success Account Manager

Wilson Veiga has extensive experience in customer management and operational oversight within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Beginning as a Project Manager at MSD from September 2004 to December 2005, Wilson transitioned to BT as an Order Manager from February 2007 to August 2010, overseeing significant network upgrades and migrations. Subsequently, at T-Systems France from September 2010 to February 2012, Wilson served as Service Relationship Manager, focusing on quality of service and financial management for key accounts. After a role at Arkadin from June 2017 to January 2020 managing customer success teams and service assurance, Wilson joined Microsoft in January 2020 as Senior Customer Success Account Manager, driving digital transformation initiatives. Wilson holds an engineering degree in telecommunications from ECE Paris (2000-2004).
