Xavier Germond is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure, security, and consulting. Beginning a career at Ministère des Armées as a research engineer, Xavier progressed to various pivotal roles within Microsoft, including an end-of-study internship, Enterprise Strategy Consultant, and Senior Engagement Manager, managing high-value consulting services and ensuring strong customer satisfaction across diverse industries.
