Yaar Harari

Yaar Harari is a Principal Manager in Applied Science at Microsoft, currently developing Copilot Gen-AI experiences for Microsoft Teams. Previously, they held key positions at Amazon, where they led AI organizations and managed teams responsible for the development and deployment of large language models and other advanced technologies. Yaar has conducted significant research as a Research Scientist at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and the Volcani Institute, focusing on machine learning applications in biomechanics and workplace optimization. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including a PhD in Machine Learning and Biomechanics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
