Yang Han

Yang Han is a skilled data scientist and biomedical engineer with extensive experience in research and data analysis. From September 2008 to June 2010, Yang served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Capital Medical University, utilizing Diffraction Enhanced Imaging (DEI) to visualize biological tissues. At Columbia University Medical Center, Yang worked as a Doctoral Research Scientist from September 2012 to December 2017, focusing on ultrasound elasticity imaging under the guidance of Prof. Elisa Konofagou, and later contributed as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Columbia University in early 2018. Additional roles include Data Scientist at Amazon Web Services from January 2020 to January 2021, Senior Scientist at Philips from March 2021 to May 2022, and Senior Applied & Data Scientist at Microsoft since May 2022. Yang's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
