Yann Armand is a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft, serving as the Engineering Systems tech lead for Yammer. With a strong focus on team identity and engineering culture, Yann has significantly contributed to the DevSecOps movement, emphasizing infrastructure and tooling to empower team members. Yann previously worked at various companies, including CyWab, Folio, and Xinet, and has played key roles in developing and guiding engineering teams at Yammer since its inception. Yann holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université Bordeaux I and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mechanic Engineering School of Auch.
