YIFAN ZHANG

Yifan Zhang is a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in Azure HPC. Previously, Yifan held the position of Senior Transportation Planner at BCC Engineering Inc., where they managed the Tampa Bay Activity-Based Travel Demand Model project and developed analytical tools using Python and R. Yifan's earlier experience includes roles as a Transportation Planner at BCC Engineering, LLC, and a Research and Analysis Intern at the Southern California Association of Governments. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning from Peking University and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Urban Planning at the University of California, Los Angeles, while having completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
