Yvonne Berceanu

Yvonne Berceanu is a Senior Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, bringing extensive experience in project management and customer support within the IT sector, particularly in the Nordic markets. They have held various roles, including Supplier Implementation Project Manager at Tradeshift and Senior Collections Specialist at Hewlett Packard Norway. In addition to their technical roles, Yvonne is also a dedicated translator of fiction, having worked with multiple publishers like Editura TREI and Editura Litera from 2013 to present, specializing in Norwegian and Swedish literature. Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Norwegian Language and Literature and a Master’s in English Applied Linguistics from the University of Bucharest.
