Zackary Carmichael is a seasoned technology and customer success leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Microsoft in the State, Local, and Education Sector. Zackary's expertise spans engineering design, cybersecurity, program management, and cloud computing, supplemented by a strong educational background that includes a B.S. in Information Technology Management and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Cloud and Cyber. Previously, Zackary held significant roles in cybersecurity and technology architecture for various organizations, including the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and the US Army.
