Zheng Dong

Zheng Dong is currently the Principal Data Science Manager at Microsoft, where they manage a team focused on developing AI solutions for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Previously, Zheng held roles as a Senior Data Scientist and a Research Intern at Microsoft, working on projects related to enterprise web and network security. They also contributed to the CertRep project in collaboration with the MSR Security and Cryptography Group, analyzing SSL/TLS certificate structures and designing machine-learning models for certificate detection. Zheng holds both a Master of Science in Computer Science and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Security Informatics at Indiana University Bloomington.
