Ziyan Ziyan is currently an Applied Scientist at Microsoft, having transitioned from a Data and Applied Scientist Intern role in 2022. Ziyan completed a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2023, where they also served as a Graduate Research Assistant from 2018 to 2023. Prior to their doctoral studies, Ziyan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Tsinghua University, graduating in 2018. In addition, Ziyan gained research experience as a Summer Research Intern at Nokia Bell Labs in 2020.
