Belle Gallay

Belle Gallay has over two decades of experience in staffing and recruitment within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Currently serving as the Director of Staffing at Microsol Resources since November 2003, Belle established a new placement division and developed a proprietary database of clients and candidates. Prior to this role, Belle was a Strategic Recruiter at Gensler from January 2001 to September 2003, where responsibilities included recruiting senior management and facilitating a successful merger and acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as a Placement Team Leader at Consulting For Architects, Inc. from May 1993 to December 2000, where Belle successfully recruited and placed various professionals in the AEC sector.
