Rodrigo Guzman

Rodrigo Guzman is an experienced leader in the automotive and medical device industries, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Micross Components. They have previously held roles such as Plant Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at OsteoMed, and have experience as a Process Engineer in various capacities at companies including DENSO and KEMET Electronics Corporation. Rodrigo earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed special courses in Lean Manufacturing at Universidad del Valle de México, building a strong foundation in operational excellence and project management.
