Malia Redmon

Malia Redmon, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at MicroStar Logistics since July 2023. Previously, Malia held a similar role at Desert Research Institute from May 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment, candidate sourcing, and employee onboarding. Malia also contributed as a Human Resources Assistant, providing administrative support and a first point of contact for HR inquiries. Prior experience includes a Business Sales Development Internship at Bird Rock Systems, focused on client engagement, and participation in the Disney College Program, delivering customer service at Walt Disney World. Malia holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from San Diego State University.
