Matt Crott is an Engineering Team Lead and a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, currently serving as Product Engineering Team Lead at MicroTau. They co-founded ResusRight, where they have developed innovative monitoring solutions aimed at improving neonatal resuscitation. Previously, Matt gained valuable experience as a Biomedical Engineering Intern at Westmead Hospital and as a Research Assistant at Childrens Hospital Westmead Clinical School, focusing on reducing mortality rates in newborns. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering Honours and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sydney, and participated in the Startmate Summer '21 Accelerator program.
