Gennaro Azzollini

Gennaro Azzollini is currently the Head of R&D Project Management at MiCROTEC - Innovating Wood, where they define and deploy project management guidelines and enforce a centralized PPM system. Previously, Gennaro worked as the R&D Group Coordinator at Microtec Innovating Wood, leading the integration of international R&D teams and implementing hybrid Agile workflows. Their earlier roles include project management, R&D coordination, and software engineering, where they managed customer projects, coordinated new product development, and developed scanning systems. Gennaro holds a Master of Engineering in Automation Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the same institution.
