JuanCarlos Schwerter has extensive experience in the wood industry, beginning with a role in the production and export of wood blocks at JCS from October 2004 to July 2005. Following this, JuanCarlos served as Assistant Project Director at EWD – Esterer WD GmbH from May 2005 to December 2013. Since January 2014, JuanCarlos has been with Microtec Innovating Wood, focusing on technical customer support, after-sales service, and operational and maintenance training related to solid lumber. JuanCarlos holds an MBA in Forest Engineering, obtained from the Universidad de Chile and Universidad de Concepción between 2004 and 2006.
